1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern consulting, marketing, investment screening, and business-setup services provided by GerryProfitCapital Management – FZCO (“GPCM”).

2. Services

(1) Advisory in marketing, consulting, and digital transformation.

(2) Investment screening in areas such as crypto and real estate (not regulated financial advice).

(3) Support with company formation, visa guidance, and bank account opening in the UAE.

(4) Decisions by banks, authorities, or regulators are outside our control and therefore not guaranteed.

3. Engagement & Fees

(1) An engagement is formed upon written confirmation or invoice.

(2) Fees are as per the offer/invoice and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise.

(3) Third-party fees (e.g., government, banks, notaries) are the responsibility of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information/documents on time and notify us of any changes (e.g., KYC details).

5. Liability

(1) GPCM is liable only for intent or gross negligence; otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

(2) No liability for delays, denials, or decisions by third parties (banks, authorities, exchanges).

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information strictly confidential.

7. Intellectual Property

Reports, templates, and presentations remain the intellectual property of GPCM. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license for their intended purpose.

8. Data Protection

Data processing follows our separate Privacy Policy.

9. Term & Termination

Unless otherwise agreed: contracts may be terminated with 14 days’ notice to the end of the month. Services already rendered remain payable.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Dubai.

11. Severability

If any clause is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
